Less than half of you are willing to pay extra for good service, but three in four would walk out of a store offering poor service.

Seven in ten Millennials seem to have caught on to the idea that technology doesn’t simplify life, it just makes you want to crowd even more stuff into it.

Any lessons here for the real estate industry and consumers?

Consumers “want exactly what they want, when they want it”.  Even if they can’t afford exactly what they want, and even if there’s a steep learning curve that makes immediate gratification statistically impossible.

Real estate is the great humbler.
