I always like it when my clients show up in cars that are ten years old. Why? Because it shows they’re focused on getting on with life, not with living the latest and greatest lifestyle.
They’re more likely to rate homeownership a 10, not a 6.8. 6.8 is a solid “meh”, and meh doesn’t cut it in Silicon Valley.
It hasn’t since at least 1998, and it probably won’t in 2098.
