Active in real estate since 1989, John represents clients throughout the mid-Peninsula and South Bay. John’s real estate experience includes sales, rental and homeowner’s association management. His thoughtful, professional approach and broad range of experience give you the edge, whether you’re buying or selling a single-family home, condo or investment property. In his seventeen years of selling real estate, John has been in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally twice, in the top 8% of all Coldwell Banker agents four times, and in the top 18% twice. John is ranked sixth in sales volume of the approximately ninety agents in the downtown Palo Alto Coldwell Banker office as of May 5, 2015. Currently number 47 of 953 Coldwell Banker agents in the San Francisco Peninsula Region, in the NRT (Coldwell Banker’s parent company) Top 1000 and in the top 2% of NRT’s 45,000-plus sales associates nationwide.

Committed to professionalism, John holds the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation to better serve his clients. To keep abreast of technology, John has earned the e-Pro and Real-Tech real estate technology certifications. John belongs to the local board of REALTORS (SILVAR) and to the California and National Associations of REALTORS.
Educated in relevant areas, John has degrees in Advertising and Business Administration, plus advanced training in real estate analysis.
John’s interests include music, history and architecture, and how markets operate.
A local resident since 1967, John lives in the Sharon Heights area of Menlo Park with his wife, Claudia, a third-generation Palo Altan. He is a graduate of Palo Alto schools and of San Jose State University.
